Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Order tracking information will be displayed one or two days later. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Warehouse Address: Mainland China

Sold to Countries(Regions): United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, New Zealand,  United Kingdom, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore.  If you are not in the above mentioned countries, Please don't place an order.

The estimated time to arrive at the destination country is as follows:

United States: 7-12 business days

Mexico: 10-20 business days

Canada: 10-15 business days

Brazil: 15-17 business days

 United Kingdom：6-8 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 7-12 business days

Asian Countries: 5-10 business days
